Julia and Regis are such an amazing couple. They were a lot of fun to photograph and were very comfortable in front of the camera. Regis kept both Julia and I laughing through the entire shoot. I can’t wait until May when they get married at Orfila Vineyards in Escondido. Lucky for me I’ll be working with Mick and Julie at this wedding.

I met up with Regis and Julia at Old Poway Park in Poway. The park is a little hidden gem for engagement photos. Once you get past the entrance of the park you can see the amazing light coming through the old trees. I love the old pathways and wooden buildings that you can find while walking through the park.

Stephanie and Joe wanted to have their engagement session photographed at Hotel del Coronado. I love shooting there! Todd and I had our reception at Hotel del when we were married. It was beautiful!!! The view, the staff, the food, was all perfect. Needless to say, I only have great memories of spending time at Hotel del Coronado and I am always happy to go back, whether it be for an engagement session, a wedding, or just to stop by for dinner.
Stephanie and Joe’s wedding will be at St. Cornelius Catholic Church with their reception following at the Ayers Hotel in Manhattan Beach this November.

Michelle and Joe ended their engagement session at Sunset Cliffs. It’s a beautiful location with lots of scenery.  Michelle and Joe were so much fun! Only a couple weeks after this session they had their wedding at USD’s Immaculata with their reception following at the Admiral Kidd Club. Wedding blog post coming soon!
